Hello, my name is Emily Derk. I am a student at Bloomsburg University majoring in early childhood education. I love being around children and feel that elementary education is an important foundation for learning. My patience, kindness, and ability to work well with others are just some of my qualities that I feel will allow me to be a great educator. I plan to teach a first, second, or third grade class in Pennsylvania or North Carolina after graduating college.
